Exchange and Returns

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy.

• If you receive an incorrect order, we'll happily exchange it for the right item or provide a full refund at no cost to you. For correct orders, a ₹200 reverse shipping fee will be charged for exchanges or deducted from your refund amount
• To ensure a smooth exchange or refund process, please wait 5 -7 days after picking up your order. Our team will then review your claim and initiate the necessary steps. 
• In order to inititate a return/exchange login through the OTP received on your email address and access your orders to look for the product to be returned/exchanged.
• Please include photos of the product from the front and back when requesting an exchange or return along with an image of the size label.
